We built GuestlistOnline because we were tired of the same mess at every event — someone with a printed spreadsheet at the door, a WhatsApp group to track RSVPs, and no idea how many people actually showed up until it was over. The first version was literally built for a friend's nightclub who was managing 500+ guests per weekend across three promoters using Google Sheets. It broke every Friday night.
