Groop

Find a date that works for everyone

Visit

Groop is a free scheduling tool built around one idea: finding a date that works for everyone should take seconds, not hours.

Simply create a Groop, share the link, and see what date or time works best for everyone. No account required, no app to download.

It works for any group, any occasion. Team meetings, workshops, job interviews, group trips, family reunions, sports sessions, club meetups…

Groop is built to be simple and human. Availability is shown visually, so you can see at a glance who is free when. And we won’t show you any ads, ever.

Made in Belgium, hosted in Germany, fully GDPR-compliant.

Hi all! My name is Vincent, founder of Groop. I built Groop because planning with other people was still much harder than it should be. Too many tools ask users to create an account, install something, understand a complicated interface, or bombard them with ads before they can answer a very basic question. I kept wondering why there was no app where people could simply open a shared calendar, tap the dates they were available, and move on.
