Hi Fazier Community! My name is Tadas and I was working in the company as a tech lead, where I often found myself in situations when, instead of being productive, I was wasting time searching for outdated invoices from forgotten or cancelled services that sadly never reached our accountant. On average, we had around 10-15 services in the IT department alone. Some had one-time payments, others were recurring payments ranging from monthly to yearly billing period. Some services could send invoices directly to the accountant's email, others only to the developer's, and some didn't send invoices at all. Collecting these invoices became a relentless task that grew even bigger with each new service added to the stack. The inefficiency and chaos of invoice management were frustrating. But of course, frustration can lead to great ideas. I've started to think about the system that would improve this entire process. A digital platform where small startups could easily manage their expenses, track invoices and receive reminders upcoming or missing payments. A tool that wouldn't just manage company finances but provide insights into spending patterns and project future expenses. The more I thought about it, the more I realised I was onto something. 5 months ago I decided to leave my job and embarked on a rollercoaster journey. There was a steep learning curve and moments of doubt. But there were also breakthroughs, small victories, and the thrill of seeing my vision come to life. My project was born out of frustration with the status quo. It was a solution to a problem I had personally experienced, and I was determined to make it a reality. Looking back, I can say with confidence that pursuing my dreams was worth every effort. I won’t lie; the decision to leave my comfortable life was terrifying, but the idea of building something from scratch was irresistible. Recently, I've launched the project as a public beta and I would appreciate if you could try it before official launch. Thank you so much!
