At the beginning of this year, I unexpectedly discovered my fasting blood glucose was high. A hospital test showed my HbA1c had reached the upper limit of normal range, leading my doctor to diagnose me with "prediabetes." This marked the start of my blood sugar management journey.

Looking back at previous health reports, I realized my fasting glucose had occasionally been abnormal years ago, but being younger and less informed, I didn't pay attention.

After reading books about glucose control, I now follow the "vegetables first, then protein, finally carbs" eating sequence. Within 20 minutes after meals, I walk on my treadmill or cycle for about 15 minutes.

After three months of disciplined management, my HbA1c has improved from 6.0 to 5.6—nearly back to normal range. However, occasional indulgences still cause fluctuations, reminding me this requires long-term commitment. The road may be long, but I've seen progress. I hope this app can help you too.
