Prompt tracking is the feature I'd want to dig into first — the prompts that matter to customers are the real battleground, and most teams just guess at them. Question: do you support tracking the same prompt across multiple AI models side by side? Also curious about sample size — how many runs per prompt before you report a visibility number, given how much answers can vary run to run?
Timely product. I've been measuring this by hand for a small site, and the biggest surprise was how much the engines disagree: Bing Copilot cited our pages a couple of hundred times over a few weeks, while ChatGPT and Google's AI answers barely cited us at all. A single blended "AI visibility" score would have hidden that completely. Do you break results down per engine and per country? And do you separate a brand mention from an actual citation with a link? For us those behave very differently.
The citation & source analysis is the part i'd actually use - seeing which sources push an AI recommendation is way more actionable than just a visibility score. how often do you re-sample? same prompt gives different answers day to day, so i'm curious how you tell a real ranking change from model noise.
The citation & source analysis is the part I'd find most useful: knowing which pages an AI answer actually leans on tells you where to put effort. Which assistants do you query (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude?), and do you run each prompt several times, since answers can vary between runs? Is there a lighter plan for a small web tool that only needs to track a handful of prompts?
