GamePinned is a Windows tool that stops people from uninstalling games. It works with Steam, Epic Games, and Riot Games. It uses standard Windows file system permissions to mark protected game folders as undeletable for blocked accounts. Games stay installed across reboots, sessions, and Windows updates. Game patches still apply normally because GamePinned only blocks deletion. Protection can be lifted at any time with the admin password. It also includes GPU Pinned, which saves NVIDIA GPU settings and display configuration as named profiles and restores them automatically on every reboot.

Gaming cafes have a specific problem nobody in the industry wants to admit: customers uninstall games. Not by accident. The button's right there, it works, and it's not their PC. A friend of mine owns one. He'd call me at odd hours. Same story every time. Someone uninstalled a 60GB game. Queue the re-download. Lose the revenue. Third time this week. He tried everything. Deep Freeze. Senet. CyberCafePro. Antamedia. Paid for most of them. None of them block game uninstalls. Not a single one. The whole category of café management software looked at this problem and collectively decided it wasn't their job. So it became mine. GamePinned intercepts the uninstall process at the OS level: Steam, Epic, Riot Client. The button is still visible. It just doesn't work. Updates install. New games install. Uninstalling is blocked.
