Formcrier

Website form submissions on your phone in seconds

Visit

Website form emails land in spam or fail without telling anyone, and the enquiry is lost. Formcrier sends each submission to a place people read straight away: WhatsApp, a text, Slack, Microsoft Teams or Telegram, usually within five seconds, with email as the backup. Paste one line of code, or install the WordPress or Craft CMS plugin. It listens beside the form you already have and changes nothing about it. Agencies get a workspace for each client. Free for 10 alerts a month.

Features

  • Sends website form submissions to WhatsApp, SMS, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Telegram, with email as the fallback
  • Alerts usually arrive within five seconds
  • One script covers every form on a site, including pop-ups, multi-step forms and forms added later
  • There is a beta WordPress plugin which integrates wit Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Elementor Forms and Formidable
  • Also works on Webflow, HubSpot forms and hand-built HTML forms, and through a REST API
  • Different forms can go to different people; Pro and Agency can route by what was entered
  • Submissions are encrypted, stored in the UK and EU, and deleted when the plan's history period ends
  • The script sets no cookies and never sends passwords or card numbers

Use Cases

  1. Web agencies and freelancers who build and look after client sites (WordPress and Craft first)
  2. Small businesses that live on enquiries: trades, clinics, estate agents, anyone who answers a phone faster than an inbox

I've been building websites since 2007 - almost 20 years. Back in the day website forms did the job and they sent an email. In 2026 it's a different story with SPAM blockers and overwhelming inboxes, website form submissions now get missed. For years I've had messages along the lines of "we haven't had an enquiry in weeks, is the form broken?" Usually the form was fine. The email it sent had gone to spam, or nobody knew until a customer rang to ask why they'd been ignored. The usual fix is better email: SMTP plugins, SPF and DKIM records. That helps, but the enquiry still ends up in an inbox and can be missed. Formcrier is my way of fixing that. It sends each form submission to the phone instead: WhatsApp, a text, Slack, Teams or Telegram, usually within seconds. Email is still there as the backup. It doesn't replace the form. You paste one line of code and it listens to any form you want on your site.
