Foreverse is a free Android app that puts novel reading, plot branching and character chat on one bookshelf. Import your own TXT/EPUB novels, select any paragraph to continue, rewrite or expand - every continuation comes with plot candidates, and picking a different one forks the book into a new branch while the original stays intact. Chat spoiler-free with characters from your books: they only know what you have read so far. BYOK: bring your own key for 60+ providers; keys and chats stay on your device.

Hey Fazier! We built Foreverse because we kept meeting readers who finish a novel and wish it kept going - and roleplay fans juggling a PC just to run SillyTavern cards. Foreverse puts both on one Android bookshelf: import your own TXT/EPUB, fork the plot from any paragraph, and chat with characters who only know what you have read (no spoilers). It is BYOK, so your keys and chats never leave the device. Happy to answer anything about the tech or the roadmap!

Foreverse presents a clean, modern interface that makes reading and AI‑powered storytelling feel natural. Navigation is smooth on both phone and tablet, and the AI continuation tools are reachable directly from the selected text. Supporting dozens of AI providers while keeping keys on‑device adds both flexibility and privacy. Overall it feels like a polished, feature‑rich reader built for the AI era.

Fun concept. If you ever add video, we build the transcoding and delivery layer at Qencode so you wouldn't have to roll your own. Rooting for you either way!

Good luck to you my friend

The spoiler-aware character chat is the sharpest part here—keeping each character constrained to pages already read solves a real problem most book chat tools ignore. Local BYOK is also a strong privacy choice. I'd be curious how branching is surfaced when a reader returns after several forks.

The plot-forking mechanic is a genuinely different idea from typical AI reading apps, most just summarize or Q&A. Keeping the original branch intact while forking is the right call. Does the character chat stay consistent across forks, or does each branch get its own memory?

The spoiler-free character chat that only knows what you've read so far is a genuinely clever constraint — most "chat with book characters" tools just leak the whole plot. Curious how the fork interacts with it: when you branch a chapter, does the character's knowledge follow the forked timeline or stay tied to the original text?

This looks like a massive win for heavy readers who love to ask "what if?" [1] The branching plot system means you can finally fix terrible book endings or explore that side-romance the author ignored. Having characters only know what you have read so far is a genius touch to avoid spoilers. Plus, keeping the keys and chats local on the device is a huge green flag for privacy-conscious users.
