FlowMRR is a Stripe revenue analytics platform for SaaS teams. It turns subscription and payment data into clear insights on MRR, ARR, churn, retention, forecasting, customer concentration and failed-payment recovery.
FlowMRR connects through Stripe Connect, imports historical data automatically, and helps founders, finance teams and RevOps understand what is driving recurring revenue without relying on spreadsheets or CSV exports.

Splitting MRR into new, expansion, contraction and reactivation is exactly the breakdown I want as a small SaaS builder, and the Stripe Connect import saves a lot of CSV pain. Can you track MRR per plan or per coupon cohort, so I can see whether discounted customers churn faster? Also curious how you treat annual plans in the monthly figures.
How do refunds and disputes show up in the MRR numbers? A refund in the first month can make new MRR look better than it really was, so it would help to see them next to the churn breakdown. Also, is the Stripe Connect access read-only? That's usually the first thing a finance person asks before connecting a live account.
Multi-currency is the case I'd test first. If a SaaS bills in USD, GBP and INR, does FlowMRR convert MRR at the rate on the day of each charge or at today's rate? With today's rate, a currency swing can move MRR when no customer has changed anything, so an "FX effect" line next to new, expansion and churn would make the numbers much easier to trust.
I like that failed-payment recovery is paired with a recovery score, since that tells me which accounts to chase first rather than just listing them. Does the revenue-at-risk figure factor in Stripe's automatic retry schedule, or does it show every failed invoice as at risk? It would also be useful to see the MRR movement breakdown (new, expansion, contraction) exportable alongside the investor report.
We built FlowMRR to give SaaS teams a clearer view of what is really happening in their Stripe revenue. The goal is to combine MRR analytics, retention, forecasting and failed-payment recovery in one place, without spreadsheets or manual reporting. We’re currently in beta and actively looking for feedback from SaaS founders and finance teams.
The investor report download is the feature I'd lead with. Founders tend to rebuild that deck from spreadsheets every month, and having it fall straight out of Stripe data is a clear time saver. Who's signing up first in the beta: founders doing their own reporting, or finance/RevOps people at slightly bigger teams? Small search note: I googled "Stripe MRR churn analytics tool for SaaS" (US results) and the top 9 are two Stripe pages, Databox, Monchart on the Stripe App Marketplace, Chartsy, Numlytics, and three "best Stripe analytics tools 2026" lists from Baremetrics, ClearSync and Putler. FlowMRR isn't there yet, and getting onto those comparison lists is usually the quickest way in. I run AI Knows Us, so this kind of search check is what I do.
