Its web dashboard and driver and passenger apps manage bookings and trips. Dispatchers can view vehicles and active trips on a live map, assign rides, monitor status, and coordinate branches. Manual dispatch is available, with automatic driver assignment for larger fleets. Driver tools support assigned rides, navigation, and status updates; passenger apps provide ride requests, fare estimates, payments, and trip updates. FleetFlow manages vehicle and driver records, payments, invoices, and operating reports. It connects with Google Maps location services, Stripe payments, and Twilio SMS notifications. Plans are priced by fleet size and may include branded apps and expanded analytics.

Hi everyone! We built Fleet Flow after seeing how messy fleet operations actually are. One tool for bookings, another for drivers, spreadsheets for the rest. So we built FleetFlow as a complete system. A single dashboard for operators, along with dedicated apps for drivers and customers so everything stays connected.
