I built FileShot because I was tired of giving up privacy just to send a file. Every alternative either asks you to sign up, shows you ads, or holds your files hostage on their servers. FileShot solves this differently — encryption happens in your browser before anything uploads. The key is in the URL. The server literally cannot read what you sent. And yet the recipient can stream a video preview or view an image right in their browser without downloading anything. That combination — true zero-knowledge with live previews — doesn't exist anywhere else. No account needed, no limits, no catches.
