Facet Cloud

Courses, memberships and newsletter on your own site

Visit

Facet Cloud is a creator platform for people tired of running a website builder, a course host, a newsletter tool, a community app and a checkout side by side. It puts all of them in one site on your own domain. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and your domain, customers and subscriber list stay yours. Pricing, platform fees and limits are published up front, and every plan has a 30-day free trial. Built and run by a two-person team in New Zealand.

Hi Fazier! I'm Jed. My wife Hannah and I build Facet Cloud from Wellington, New Zealand. We kept watching creators run five tools to sell one course: a site builder, a course host, a newsletter tool, a community app and a checkout, each with its own bill and its own copy of their customer list. Facet puts all of that in one site on your own domain, and payments go straight to your own Stripe account. We publish our fees and limits instead of hiding them behind a sales call, and there's a 30-day free trial on every plan. We're a two-person team, so every bit of feedback reaches the people who build it. I'd love to hear what's missing for you.

Impressive cloud resource visualization. Makes it much easier to spot unused compute and optimize recurring cloud infrastructure costs.

Publishing the 3% fee capped at US$99 a month right on the page is rare, most creator platforms hide that until checkout. When creators move over from five separate tools, which one is hardest to pull them off, the course host or the newsletter?

When moving an existing course onto a custom domain, can creators preserve lesson URLs or add redirects? Keeping links from older newsletters working would make migration easier.

Publishing the fee structure up front, like 3% capped at US$99/month on Studio versus 0% on Creator, makes it much easier to compare against stitching tools together. For someone moving a paid membership over, how does the members-only community handle existing subscribers?
