FacePika

Hey 👋 I built FacePika as a side project because I was frustrated that every face-swap tool required uploading my personal photos to a cloud server just to make a funny meme. Facial data is super sensitive — I didn't feel comfortable sending mine to some random generator. What makes FacePika different: • The core swap runs entirely on your Android phone — your photos never get uploaded for the swap itself • Works with both photos and videos • Use your own media or pick from built-in templates • Multi-face support This is a one-person side project, so I'm reading every comment closely. If you try it, I'd love to hear what works, what breaks, and what you'd want to see next.
