Evolbot

I wanted to build a useful AI service. This is the beginning of the project, now looking to add advanced integrations with external tools, MCP servers and more robust AI Agents support

As an Operations Manager at a mid-sized e-commerce company, Evolbot has been transformative. We'd tried chatbots before, but they were glorified FAQ tools. Evolbot is different – it ​​executes real tasks​​. We integrated its widget onto our website. Beyond answering standard queries using the knowledge base (easily built by crawling our site/uploading files), it now ​​automates customer order processing​​: checking real-time status, updating shipping info, and even initiating replacements by connecting to our backend systems. This cut customer wait times by ​​over 70%​​ and freed our support team. Internally, it revolutionized workflows. Employees trigger processes like equipment repair requests via chat. Evolbot collects data, creates tickets, assigns them, and sends reminders – streamlining everything and eliminating errors.
