The buyer pays into escrow before the seller hands anything over, both sides agree the handover in a private deal chat, and the payment is released when the buyer confirms receipt, or 30 days after delivery starts if no dispute is opened. Listing is free, and buyers pay a 6% escrow fee on top of the listed price.
