Dynamite Docs extracts tables, line items, and totals from invoices, receipts, and multi-page PDFs with zero templates. Convert unstructured documents into clean, structured data, review every number side-by-side with confidence flags, then export directly to Excel, Google Sheets, or your API.

I built Dynamite Docs because getting usable data out of documents still takes too much copying, checking, and spreadsheet cleanup. Invoices, receipts, statements, and forms all arrive in different layouts, so I wanted a simpler workflow: upload a file, extract its fields and tables, review the result beside the original, and send the checked data where it needs to go. Use your own AI Keys or connect to local Ollama companion for private data extraction. DynamiteDocs is live, and I’d love to hear what documents you work with and where extraction slows you down. Your feedback will help shape what we build next.
Showing the extracted numbers next to the original page with confidence flags answers the "can I trust this?" question before anyone exports. To your question on documents: which do people bring first, invoices or bank statements? Search note: I googled "extract line items from invoices to excel without templates" (Google, US settings). Page 1 is Tavnit, BankGPT, InvoiceXLSX, Ztract, Airparser, Lido, ImageToTable and InvoiceDataExtraction. DynamiteDocs isn't on it yet, and several of those rank with a single focused page for that exact job, so a dedicated invoice-line-items page could compete. I run AI Knows Us, so this kind of search check is what I do.
