The canvas-first approach is compelling because research, notes, diagrams, and AI output usually live in separate tools. Having the AI read the board and write results directly as nodes feels much more useful than another linear chat interface. The open-source and self-hostable angle is also smart for people who care about data ownership. How are you thinking about collaboration features for teams?
The "AI writes results as nodes, not in a chat box" framing is the most interesting part of this. Chat interfaces force linear thinking — a canvas doesn't.
