I'm Dean, a REPs certified personal trainer based in East London. I built this because my clients kept asking the same questions — how many calories should I eat, what's my protein target, how fast should I run? I got tired of sending them to clunky apps that require sign-ups and show ads. So I built a clean, free hub that gives instant answers. No email required, no app to download, works on any device.

Looks good, many calculators under one umbrella. Only thing is that you need to measure what you eat in any case, not only calculate your TDEE. That's the most dark, dirty and exhausting part.
