D-Secure Autopilot Detection addresses a gap that data erasure alone does not cover. After a full wipe, Windows Autopilot enrollment remains intact, and a resold device can re-lock to the previous owner's tenant once it connects to the internet. The tool follows a three-step workflow: it detects devices still enrolled in Autopilot or Intune, verifies their unenrollment status through a cloud-based recheck, and certifies the result in a tamper-evident report. The digitally signed PDF includes hardware IDs, device specifications, BIOS details, and the final enrollment status. It runs from a bootable USB, with PXE network boot coming soon, and can connect to ITAD platforms such as Makor and RazorERP. It supports R2v3 (Appendix B), NIST 800-88, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA requirements.
