That's a really good product

CritSnap solves a common pain point in a simple and practical way. Being able to capture screenshots, annotate directly on the page, and sync feedback with tools like Jira, GitHub Issues, and Trello can save a lot of back-and-forth during reviews. I also like the flat pricing model—it's refreshing to see a product that's friendly to freelancers and small teams without charging per seat. Feedback collection is a constant friction point for design teams - gathering visual notes from stakeholders without tools forces async email chains that get lost. The flat-rate pricing removes the per-user blocker that kills adoption on teams. Structural feedback beats generic comments.

I do like the simple pricing model. Monthly recurring payments are not ideal for a lot of people.
