On Pro and Business: work in your apps (like drafting a reply in Gmail), Google Drive, and a private link to use the agent inside Claude or ChatGPT. One price per workspace, not per seat.

The answers are already in their files. They just take time to find. With Agents you add your files, your website or a Google Drive folder, and you get an agent that answers from them. On Pro it can also work in your apps, like drafting a reply in Gmail. Honest limits: answers don't show their sources yet. It can post to Slack, but you can't @mention it there. I'd love to hear where it answers badly, and what you'd want it to do next.
