I like the idea of turning a repeatable Claude Code setup into a more structured workflow instead of rebuilding agents, skills, and guardrails for every project. The persistent memory and quality-gate hooks sound especially useful for maintaining consistency across sessions. I’d be interested to see how much of the setup can be customized for different engineering workflows.

Claudify started as my own Claude Code setup. I kept rebuilding the same agents, skills and guardrail hooks for every project, so I turned the whole thing into a one-command install and kept refining it with real production use. The newest addition is a free CLAUDE.md generator anyone can use without signing up. A done-for-you OS around Claude Code is exactly what non-infra founders keep asking for. How opinionated are the defaults on secrets/env handling versus letting teams bring their own agent harness?
