Hi Fazier! I'm Alex, the solo maker behind CiaoTutor. I built this because I hit the intermediate plateau in Italian myself. Apps got me through the basics and then left me stuck. I could pass grammar quizzes but froze the moment I had to actually speak. What I needed wasn't another course; it was a patient conversation partner who noticed the same mistakes I kept making and helped me fix them. So CiaoTutor does one language, deeply. You talk to Elena in real time. She corrects you mid-conversation without breaking the flow, and, the part I care about most, she remembers your recurring mistakes across sessions, so every conversation picks up where the last one left off. After each session, you get a CEFR-anchored score across all four skills updated, plus exercises built from your actual errors. It's Italian-only on purpose.
