Hi everyone, I’m Victor Ponce, the creator of Chattree. I want to share the problem we are trying to solve and why we built this product. Most small and medium-sized businesses lose potential customers every day for two simple reasons: they respond too slowly to messages, and the tools available to automate customer conversations are either too complex or too rigid to use effectively. In practice, many of these businesses already run their operations using simple tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Their pricing, services, inventory, and customer information already live there. However, when they try to automate customer communication, they are forced into chatbot builders that require complex logic, flows, and technical setup that do not match how they actually work. Chattree was created to remove that friction. Instead of forcing businesses to change their workflow, we turn their existing Excel files into an AI assistant. The process is simple. You upload your spreadsheet, describe your business in plain text, and within minutes you get a fully functional AI assistant that can communicate with your customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, and your website. Unlike traditional chatbots that rely on predefined flows, Chattree understands the context of your data and responds naturally, like a real team member. This allows businesses to: • Answer questions about pricing, services, and availability in real time • Capture and qualify leads automatically • Support customers and help close sales without manual intervention We also added a few key tools to give businesses full control without leaving the platform: 1. Real-time spreadsheet editor Any change made to your data is instantly reflected in the AI’s responses, without retraining or reconfiguration. 2. Unified inbox All conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, and web are managed in one place, with the option to take over manually at any time. 3. Multi-assistant support Users can create and manage multiple independent assistants from a single account, which is useful for businesses with different brands or product lines. The goal of Chattree is to remove the technical barrier between business data and artificial intelligence so companies can focus on serving customers and increasing sales instead of managing complex automation tools.
