The idea behind ChangeTextImage is simple: changing a few words in an existing image should not require recreating the entire design or learning complex editing software. I built it to make this small but frustrating task easier. Users can upload an image, specify the original and replacement text, and let AI recreate the edited area while keeping the surrounding style and background as natural as possible. ChangeTextImage is still evolving, so I would especially appreciate feedback on the quality of the results, difficult image types, and real-world use cases you would like to see supported. Font matching on replaced text is the part everyone gets wrong, so if you are actually preserving weight, anti-aliasing and background texture that is a real achievement. Two things I would test hard: curved or perspective-warped text (bottle labels, signs) and mixed-script images where Latin and CJK sit side by side. Do you have a sense of where the model starts to break down?
