EU-hosted contract drafting plus e-sign is a clear trust pitch. The useful test is not the AI draft — it is whether the generated clause map is editable enough that a lawyer can keep it, or whether it becomes another blob you rewrite from scratch. How do you show the source of a suggested clause?

This product has potential. The business owners in Europe really need a tool that help them with contract formalizing and signatures.

Good positioning — eIDAS QES plus EU hosting is a real gap, not a manufactured one. One thing I'd surface on the page: where the AI drafting itself runs. If that's a US API call, the residency story has a hole in it, and it's the first thing a compliance buyer will poke at. If it's EU-hosted inference, say so loudly — that's your actual differentiator over DocuSign + ChatGPT.
