CaseParity

Documented court sentencing data, not predictions

Visit

CaseParity publishes Public Records Transparency Reports for the U.S. criminal justice system. Instead of a hunch or a hotline call, you get the documented record: how cases with a given charge actually resolved, organized by charge, county, and jurisdiction. Every statute is version-aware (bitemporal), so a case is measured against the law in force on its own date, not today's version, and the content is attorney-validated with per-field sourcing back to primary law. Live in Florida and Cook County, IL, with Harris County, TX and Virginia coming online next. No client names or case facts are ever collected — reports are published statistics, not personalized legal advice. Built for legal professionals, researchers, journalists, and anyone who wants sourced court data instead of guesswork.

Hi Fazier 👋 We built CaseParity because when someone faces the criminal justice system, the honest answer to "what usually happens with this charge here?" is buried in public records almost nobody can actually read. So instead of predictions or advice, we publish the documented record: how cases with a given charge have resolved, by charge, county, and jurisdiction. Two things we care about most — every statute is version-aware, so a case is measured against the law in force on its own date, not today's; and we collect no client names or case facts, so reports are published statistics, not personalized legal advice. Live in Florida and Cook County, IL, with Harris County, TX and Virginia next. Would love your feedback.
