BAIS Agent is an AI customer support assistant trained on your own FAQs, manuals, policies and web pages. It answers customers 24/7 on your website, WhatsApp or Telegram, and can check an order's status or offer booking times.
It never invents prices, policies or discounts. If something isn't covered, it offers to pass the question to your team. Every assistant is tested before delivery and comes with a Grounding Report showing every test question, the answer, and where it came from.

BAIS Agent answers only from your own documents. When something isn't covered, it says so and passes the question to your team.
