The timing-first prioritization is the right approach here — the data on job applications is pretty clear that applying within the first few hours of a posting increases callback rates significantly, and doing that manually at scale is practically impossible. The AI interview copilot is the feature I'd look at most closely as a differentiator. It solves a real problem: technical interviews often test recall under pressure more than actual competence, and an AI that can surface context in real-time levels that playing field somewhat. The genuinely hard UX challenge here is how you handle the ATS-bypass email tracking — some ATS systems flag applications from addresses that aren't the applicant's primary email. How do you handle recruiter follow-ups that go to the proxy email vs. the candidate's real inbox?
