Hey Fazier community! 👋 We built Akintu to address a constant issue we kept seeing across SaaS and e-commerce websites: high bounce rates on site traffic because standard chatbots simply don't deliver useful answers. Most traditional chatbots either rely on rigid, decision-tree decision flows that annoy users or generic LLM wrappers that make things up when asked specific product questions. To fix this, we created Akintu. It combines Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with custom knowledge bases, system prompts, and strict guardrails. This allows businesses to launch an AI sales and support agent trained directly on their own data in just a few minutes.
