I wanted a tool where you paste a URL and get a clean, editable llms.txt back - free, no login. Firecrawl is excellent for scraping pipelines and Screaming Frog is the audit classic, but neither outputs a ready-to-use llms.txt. Hope it saves you an afternoon.
