Building Agreeo started with a simple observation: too much friction happens between agreeing on a project and actually getting the work done. Proposals, contracts, changes, invoices, and payments often live in different places. Agreeo is bringing that workflow together in one simple platform, with AI helping where it can. I’d love to hear what you think, what feels missing, and where you’d improve it.
The Change Impact feature stands out to me — most contract/invoicing tools let scope creep happen quietly and you only feel it at invoice time. Surfacing the cost/timeline impact right when a change is requested seems like it would cut a lot of the awkward payment conversations you mention. Curious how it handles multi-currency clients given the 19-language support — does pricing adapt per region too?

The Change Requests + e-signing combo is the part I'd rely on most - most freelance disputes I've seen come from a change being agreed over email with no paper trail. One thing I'd want to know: once a client has e-signed the original agreement, does a change request require a fresh signature too, or just an in-app approval click? That distinction affects whether it actually holds up as a real amendment.
The change impact feature is the part that stands out to me. Scope creep is usually where client work goes sideways, and most tools only catch it at invoice time when the argument has already happened. Curious how the impact calculation handles partially completed milestones when a change request lands mid sprint?
