Agreeo is a simple platform that helps users regardless of business background, manage the entire client agreement process from proposal to payment. Users can create professional proposals, clearly define scope and pricing, get client approval, manage changes and extra work, and handle payments in one place. Agreeo reduces the friction, misunderstandings, and awkward payment conversations that often happen when work is managed through scattered emails, documents, and payment tools. Unlike traditional contract or invoicing tools that focus on a single step, Agreeo connects the agreement, scope, and payment process into one streamlined workflow.

Building Agreeo started with a simple observation: too much friction happens between agreeing on a project and actually getting the work done. Proposals, contracts, changes, invoices, and payments often live in different places. Agreeo is bringing that workflow together in one simple platform, with AI helping where it can. I’d love to hear what you think, what feels missing, and where you’d improve it.

I think it's worth encouraging and supporting them to continue improving and optimizing the user experience.

I love how you can manage all of your client agreement within one dashboard. Loved it!

The part I like is collapsing proposals, contracts, and invoices into one path instead of five tabs. If you ever need AI for the business side of that, PZERO is at pzero.studio

The Change Impact feature stands out to me — most contract/invoicing tools let scope creep happen quietly and you only feel it at invoice time. Surfacing the cost/timeline impact right when a change is requested seems like it would cut a lot of the awkward payment conversations you mention. Curious how it handles multi-currency clients given the 19-language support — does pricing adapt per region too?

really useful and comprehensive

Agreeo Your product has strong potential, but I found a few key improvements that could make it even better. I'd love to share my feedback and suggestions—please contact me at [email protected].

Keeping the agreement, scope and payment in one place is the part that usually breaks for freelancers, does the AI contract review flag scope creep against the original agreement?

The Change Requests + e-signing combo is the part I'd rely on most - most freelance disputes I've seen come from a change being agreed over email with no paper trail. One thing I'd want to know: once a client has e-signed the original agreement, does a change request require a fresh signature too, or just an in-app approval click? That distinction affects whether it actually holds up as a real amendment.

The Client Agreement management is good

love how easy this makes client engagment

The change impact feature is the part that stands out to me. Scope creep is usually where client work goes sideways, and most tools only catch it at invoice time when the argument has already happened. Curious how the impact calculation handles partially completed milestones when a change request lands mid sprint?

The change request part is probably what stood out to me most. Scope creep is one of those things that seems small at first and then suddenly turns into a whole conversation about extra work and payment. I like that Agreeo seems to deal with that at the point where the change actually happens, instead of trying to sort it out later on the invoice. Curious though, can clients propose changes themselves through the portal, or does the freelancer have to create every change request?

Connecting agreement and payment in one workflow can remove a lot of awkward handoffs. How is the audit trail designed—can both parties export signed terms, payment events, and webhook evidence in one immutable timeline if a dispute appears later?
