Transcription runs on a local speech model (NVIDIA Parakeet, with Whisper as an option). The cleanup runs on Apple Intelligence, on-device. You pick how polished you want it: Raw keeps every word, Clean strips filler and false starts, Polish tightens grammar, and Formal rewrites it for professional use.
