What “maker-proven” means

Every number above comes from a real maker submitting a real product, verified by a checker that reads the listing page itself. No opinions, no promises, no paid placements.

1. Machines judge, makers testify

Verdicts come only from reading the page. Behind a bot wall the maker just carries the HTML; the classifier judges, nobody votes.

1. Sample sizes on everything

"4 live" means exactly four, verified. 454 directories because we audited 582 and pruned the junk, never "500+".

1. Impossible to buy

Directories cannot pay to be listed or ranked. The only way to look better here is to actually publish makers’ backlinks.

How does ShipDR verify a backlink?

It fetches the listing page itself and reads it: is your backlink there, what rel it carries, and whether the page lets Google index it. JS-rendered pages go through a real browser. Checks follow the risk: a submission awaiting its verdict is read every 6 hours, and any backlink rechecks on demand.
